A medium sized deciduous fruiting tree. This self-fertile tree will crop twice a year in both Summer and Autumn. Produces masses of delicious large fruit with yellow/green skin and red flesh.
For best results, plant in light free-draining, neutral soil in a warm sunny position. Enrich soil with well decomposed manure or compost and mulch well. Water well while fruiting. Figs are hardy and frost tolerant but grow best in a warm dry climate.
Great eaten straight from the tree, made into a jam or is a fantastic fig for drying.
